At Jayo, we stand by the quality of our tech. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronics in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Jayo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
