Yes, all electronic devices purchased through Jayo include a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty that covers hardware defects and technical malfunctions under normal use.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For opened electronics, items must be returned in their original packaging with all cables, manuals, and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Are Jayo products compatible with international voltage standards?
